You probably couldn't .. Its part of the editor and not usable as an asset
Im assuming by a Base Building game your referring to a C&C type thing RTS ?
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

is there a way to get the source for EBE ? like how is that scripting done ?
