Hi..
Just finished. An advertising wall in 2 variants. In color and in blue. In addition, a telephone booth or videophone. Well, the street fills up slowly.

By the way. After my HDD crash, I had a simpler idea of completing the Polarpack. Again and again I discover minor mistakes that really annoy me. Now I have a problem with the transparency of the windows. They are already made separately. I can still see through the whole house anyway .... annoying.

For transparency the textures need to be save in DXT5 format, and the transparent parts have to be the last parts modelled or separate parts, DXT5 formats differs from the DXT3 format in the way the alpha information is saved, so allows for better processing of transparency.

I already save the textures in DXT5 format (ie the transparent ones) They also worked before the crash. Well, I'll create it again and see what happens. But you bring me an idea. Maybe the transparency settings in the fpe are wrong. I'll play around a bit there. Thanks for the tip.

@Tarkus1971 Bongo-Cola was a drink from my early childhood. They have not existed with us for a long time. But I liked the name .

I have finished a high-rise building set. The special is a set of windows with which one can represent different illuminations for night scenes. I have 4 types (full lighting, no lighting, and 2 different). Since you know immediately, if someone is at home. The ground floor is walkable (diner, warehouse or something). I'm not finished yet. Doors and small shops are still missing. I stay tuned ...

Btw. After a long time back and forth, I finally made it: POLARIS stands. I hope I did not miss anything

I remember Um Bongo being a drink years back.

Wonder how that would fly these days? Not well I'm guessing given the lack of humour these days.

The first shop line is ready. It consists of only 2 different objects with 2 shops each. Nevertheless, one reaches a reasonably varied view. Different lampignons bring in addition a variety.

Thank you PCS. Sometimes that's just how it is. I also forget many things. Actually, I would have to write it down, but ....

A hover taxi.

I'm sorry, I could not find a cleaner one. It's also a bit high poly. So 5630 polygons are in this state. The textures are hand painted again. Now the question arises to me, how do I get the air flicker out. I would like to put something under the object. Does somebody has any idea?

hi..
I have again assembled a few small things that change the map. The Hovertaxi, a taxi box and a few clothes with a stand. Well, it goes ahead.

@ graphix That's good news. I hope I get the flickering.

@ granada Yes ... I really like it dirty and rusty

I finished another object. It is, so to speak, a small car. It's a prototype, I'm not sure what it's supposed to look like in the end. Unfortunately, he is already very ragged and dirty. But I'll make it available as a download for testing. So he floats by himself.

Hi...

I made a little bit of tinkering after a little compulsive break. A bigger shuttle truck came out. He is reminiscent of Elite Dangerous. These little cargo trucks always driving around in the stations. Maybe I'll animate him to drive around. Since I'm too stupid to write a script that follows the truck waypoints, I have to leave that to people who can do it.

I finished a few small objects for the distance. You can use them during the day or at night. Actually, they were designed for the night. Such objects can be used in any futuristic scenery.
