Instead of "thar" it should be "that" in the title.

I have been using jpg images and nothing shows up and so I am going to try png images here. Upper and lower case does matter in accessing my subfolders. I realize that and make sure that the case is correct. Also, I always try it out by putting the URL in my address bar to make sure it works that way.



I still have no joy with a "png" image. I tested it directly with my address bar. Here is the code I use.

The new post is because I changed the name of the subfolder so it does not have a blank space.

I am also using a "bmp" file format this time.



No joy here either!

Looks like your server might not be set up to allow image files to be displayed by other websites. Is your server linux or windows?

If you're on Linux and using CPanel, then find the "Hotlink Protection" icon, and in there you can disable hotlink protection, which will allow images to be viewed on external domains.

You can also instead of disabling it, choose which domains are allowed to hotlink, and what file types you allow or block, etc.

Works here. Must be a permissions thing on your server.
