It is to hard to explain. The magic was getting into the FPM file so the editor could load it up.
Not impossible but it was just over my head.
Unfortunately this tool is no longer available.
In the FPM file which is a zip file with a different name the file is the m.dat file.
Something about the bits have to be from 0 to 1023.
