It is possible inside GG to make bullets 2 particles who add lights/ illuminate the environment?
i mean it is possible to link lights to a 2d particle to have a result like in this mock-up?

You can reposition dynamic lights now.

By 2d 'particle' I assume you mean a decal? Just position the decal and a dynamic light at the same position, it should give the effect you want.

You could of course model your bullet and make it emissive, not sure how well that would work though.

no i mean a bullet fired by the player or the enemy it is possible for the bullet sprite to emit light like in the picture i did ?

there is no bullet when you fire a normal weapon, so no.

The new fantasy weapons coming soon do pretty much exactly what you want I think - a sprite is fired as a projectile and a light can follow it on its trajectory to the target.

These can be customised with your own sprites.

Limited possible with projectiles. Look at the rpg weapon and the fantasy guy firing a fireball.
I used projectiles in 2 of my games before.

I used the projectiles for the shotgun bullets.

Yes I dabbled as well You can easily turn the explosion off ….
Unfortunately though that's what kills the enemy and not the actual bullet …
You can replace the explosion with a blank though ,,

The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..
