I have already tried Bitmap2Material_3-1 but the output is not like any of the current GG PBR content
NORMALIZATOR is not quite doing it again like any of the current GG PBR content.
MindTex 2, is good but not for PBR.

This is an old Free FPSC Classic Model I was testing PBR on,

But i'm not happy with the results, the stones are blue
here is the maps

This is a current PBR Model
CityscapePBR Model Concrete Enclosure textures

my model output textures from Bitmap2Material & NORMALIZATOR are nothing like
The current PBR Model textures.

Is there a better software to get the PBR textures right or am I doing somthing wrong?

Advice please...

yes you can either turn the specular down in the asset properties in GG editor or tone down your gloss map

Bitmap2material works fine for me - you just have to play around with the settings, and remember that the gloss map in GameGuru is actually a roughness map.

I use Awesome Bump to create PBR textures for the smart materials feature in 3D Coat.
I then use 3D Coat to paint the model.
Awesome Bump is free and I find it easy to use to customize the textures it exports.

The coffee is lovely dark and deep, and I have code to write before I sleep.

The wet look is probably your gloss map.

In gameguru the _gloss map is NOT a gloss map, it's actually a roughness map that has been called _gloss, so the black and white will be reversed. So if you are using anything that generates the maps, like B2M3, you need to ignore the gloss map it produces and use the roughness map and change its name to _gloss, or edit the existing gloss map in a paint program and invert the colours..

I'm new to B2M but it's made by same people as substance painter and substance you get similar results if your texture resolution in your import isnot matcheddar with your render and export resoptions.
