The media request thread is probably locked because nobody has posted in it for more than 90 days, if you want to post there just send a private message to a moderator and they will unlock it for you.
Most of what you are asking for people here can do no problem, but "policemen" i doubt anyone here will, at the moment characters are fairly difficult to make and import into GameGuru, most people use software like Fuse etc to create them, the problem is with Fuse generated characters it is against their Terms of Service for you to share them with anybody else except as part of a game, so effectively we can only share characters created from scratch by ourselves, and not many do that because they are pretty much advanced modeling and take a lot of time and work to get right.
