Hi all

This thread will be home to free PBR media I create for the GG community.

Please feel free to use for both commercial and non commercial projects.

Hope you guys find some of this stuff useful.

First up - A Barrel.

I know, I know, you have plenty barrels - but this one is special because it is a whisky barrel and it's free

Three models. One upright, one on its side, and a stack of five.



Tris: 348 - single barrel
textures - png @ 1024

This is my first PBR model where the textures are created from scratch using Photoshop, Gimp, and xNormal - all new territory for me - so if you feel it needs tweaking let me know and I will try to fix it

Probably should make a cradle thingy for the stack, maybe later.

Should probably do a .dds version too....

Hey all

Here be a pickup truck to put your whisky barrels on






PBR done mainly in Substance and gauges and door rubbers and light detail added using Photoshop
Has a fairly detailed interior and the glass for the windows and headlights are all part of the one model.

This is the brand spanking new version. Was going to put it in the store with a dusty version and a broken rusty old wreck, but unfortunately the light mapper destroys the textures - and wrecks transparency. Have no idea why or how to fix it so no point continuing to work on it. So it is not good enough for the store.

But too good to throw out - so you guys and gals may as well put it to use if you can.

Yeah, PBR glass is cool, reflects clouds, and even shadows show on it.


Just wish I knew why the light mapper hates my models!

By the way the Bush Pig seams to light map OK apart from transparencies getting ruined, so I guess the light mapper doesn't like light colours and shiny\chromey stuff and transparencies.

On the plus side my Toonland Trees work fine now, but they are not PBR....

Hi all

If you be like me you tend to throw models on the scrap heap every day.

This is model of a sci-fi scout ship I have been playing with. The PBR seams to work fine, it even survives the light-mapper, but I was not really happy with the cockpit and was going to throw it out.

However it may be useful if you like sci-fi stuff so figured I would just post it here for you guys an gals.
