Is that all it says " Runtime Error " ?
No numbers or any other information ... Your going to have to give us a little more to go on ..
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

First thing to try is verifying your installation via steam ..
What version are you using and what's your specs .. Especially GFX Card ?
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

hi everybody,

thank you for a very quick response to my message, i do have some info about Display Mode Error:
W1024H600D22R60 HAL A = 0P=64 and run error :0 its been 3 days when i purchase this software but since then then i never open the software to start making games and im using 32 bit loptop and windows 7

Can you list your system specs please?
Operating system and graphics card also.

Looks like you may have a graphics card that may not support shader model 3 or 5.

Is there a chance you can get a hold of a more powerful computer?
You could try setting all the settings on lowest and see, but I am still guessing it is your graphics card or on the mother board graphics that are stopping you.

If you can not get another machine, then you may want to apply for a refund, so dont over use it till you make a decision.

My system specs below are about the lowest you really want to go with.
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz, 2400 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s), 8gb RAM, Nvidia gtx660, Windows 7 Pro 64bit, Screen resolution 1680 x 1050.

Wont run on a mac without a windows emulator program.
As long as Game Guru is in your steam account, then you can put it on another computer. You just cant run them at the same time.

The error message says you have a 1024x600 desktop resolution?
I’ve never seen such a strange resolution
Maybe GameGuru don’t like that resolution
I guess your notebook is below the minimum specs for GG. Time to upgrade your hardware...

1024x600? Sounds more like a 20 year old Mac than 3!

I have a 2012 Mac, screen resolution is 2880x1800, cpu is i7, runs windows like a dream in bootcamp.

Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!
