Hi Fellow Game Makers,

It's been a long while since we released an official DLC for GameGuru, but we had some good community support behind this one, and an artist willing to create all manner of household objects to be used as weapons. We are working in the background on more DLC content for 2018, all using PBR textures and of a higher standard than the older DLCs from previous years, so we hope to raise the bar visually for your games in 2018 and beyond. Just purchased. For those wondering about my comment above; just take a look at the descriptive tag for each tool/weapon.

Do the hands match with the hands from the „default weapons“?
I think I will buy the pack after my holiday.

Yes, they are essentially the same hands as the default modern day weapons. There is still no system to unify ALL hands, as they are an integral part of the weapon HUD model, and for perfect alignment, we recommend commissioning your own 3D weapon models to be created so that you can control precisely how the hands look and animate in respect to the weapon. Alternatively, if you wish to create your own weapons, we 'might' be able to help you with a starting weapon in FBX and 3DS Max format. Only the modern day stock weapons and this DLC are aligned, all others from the library and all from the store are very likely to be different hands.

The TGC site sometimes offers better pricing than the Steam version depending on what promotions are running. You can get a Steam key from the TGC website so if the price is better buy direct.

That's what I did but with regards to the melee weapons. I already owned the buildings and are worth it. Even the ones not updated look good in DX11 preview. When you buy direct they will send you or you get on-line what is called a steam key and then you go to steam and use the key to get the procuct.

Hi sting. It has been a long time. I kind of come and go with the forum. I'm kind of invisible now since I'm not part of the group that would be the clique of GG. I'm still waiting patiently for an answer from Bolt Action.

Oh man, that pickax looks really nice. They all look great of course but that pickax is easily my favourite.

I don't suppose I could buy that separately at a higher price-per-item (say $5)? If not that's cool, I'll just save up for a bit.

Great pack I like it,

but how I can to put the new weapons in NPC hand? I tried to set it up and I don't see the reason why the NPC have nothing in the hand,

also I want to ask for the third person control, how can I set a melee weapon in third person character without effect on the character animation set.

Funny enough I loaded up an old project that worked with a sword in third person with a modded fpe before the DX11 update.
Not any more though so somethings changed.
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

Yes it was possible With a modded .fpe but the whole engine has changed now including the AI
We don't need or want mods ... we really want it to just work out of the box
