Steam updated me yesterday since then I have had a Black Screen with a white boarder happen when I run test game mode.
I have updated Nvida drivers today and same thing will there be a quick fix for this? has it takes at least 10 seconds to diapear
before the test level starts.

Make sure your field "forceloadtestgameshaders=0" in SETUP.INI is set to zero.
PC SPECS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i7-5930K (PASSMARK:13645), NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980 GPU (PASSMARK:9762) , 32GB RAM
