I feel like I've exhausted my search through the files and tried everything that I thought might have worked. Does anybody know if the weapon spotlighting color can be changed? Specifically, the glow from the rockets and fireballs is my current headache, if it matters.

Is it a hardcoded thing and the same color no matter the weapon?

Hi MStockton
not sure what you mean here if its a decal you can edit it, if its part of the shader that should be editable too but my knowledge is very limited with the shaders.
If you mean the environment reflections maybe try adding a _cube.dds to your texture set

Oh this is a good question. I'm at work now so cant check. First place I would look would be the gunspec and the projectile folders.

Teabone, no luck so far. I actually checked the gunspec and projectile stuff first (and repeatedly) but it's always possible I missed something.

GraPhiX, this is about the light that "flies with" the projectiles and illuminates surrounding objects, etc. Imagine if you could throw an orange dynamic light across the map and it's kind of like that. I'm 99% sure there isn't any decal use happening and I'm still looking for shaders that may be in charge of it. I've made some minor shader edits for a few things but it certainly isn't my specialty and I may be overlooking something there, too.
