Looks nice, but just a quick word of advice.
PBR isn't finalized yet in GameGuru, it's not even live, just on public preview.
I would avoid putting PBR models in the store until PBR is officially released, otherwise people not using the public preview will download it, find it doesn't work, and start pestering you for refunds, especially as you have ticked the box saying it is gameguru compatible when at the moment it isn't officially (the gameguru compatible tick box applies to current LIVE versions only).
It's up now, and if you have had any sales so far, you won't be able to remove it, but i would recommend editing it to state in the description that it will only work in the public preview version of GameGuru for the time being.
Also, store requirements are that the big picture on the items page must be an in gameguru picture.
