As per the title, since the DX11 changes started none of my imported fuse characters (remember the Thriller thingy?) animate any more and I don't know why.

Any ideas?

Some of mine do and then they just stop and some dont at all this may have had something to do with the strange warping issue i had when trying to rebuild VCity bit of a weird one m8 still havent got to the reasons why its seemed to be mainy .fbx anims dont know if its anything to do with it but when i tried to import them into blender it kicked off saying that it wanted a later version of .fbx maybe the fuse 1.3 versions are now obsolite?

I don't think fbx works with animated characters yet. Might be worth a try, though.

FBX has a problem with skin weights I can get Guruman in GG as FPX but he looked very freaky I converted him to X and that is what you see at the moment, FBX animations are still a work in progress @Amenmoses- if you PM me one of you characters that are not working I will take a look for you

I'll post one of the smaller ones here, it was in one of my dancing demos from long ago.

first thing I don't have brutus.lua or the notangent shader, if I change to the basic shader he his stood idle in GG and not in a T pose.

do you have a UV map for him? I don't think the multi textures work very well in the latest preview.

Nope, I just took him straight from FBX2GG and he always worked in the DX9 releases.

You know me, I don't do modelling, if it ain't drag-n-drop I'm buggered.

Attached a script that should work with any character or animated entity.

no multitextures are not working in GG atm, Ive attached a working character fpe just need to copy and paste the model name into the relevent places e.g name, model textures you still should just be able to leave blank or just point the fpe to the diffuse

Don't have a clue.

Hooray, he's dancing again. Shadows look a bit wonkey but I can live with that for now.

Awesome! It needs a fading out effect on the end.
