Bitmap2Material is an incredibly powerful tool that helps you generate full, seamlessly tiling materials from any bitmap image. This now includes all PBR (Physically-Based Rendering) channels, based on the most accurate conversion algorithm out there.

You can buy it from the steam site.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/325910/Substance_B2M3/

You can also easily convert the textures of GG files to PBR.

Its training is on youtube site.

But first you need to convert dds files to bmp or png
Software: Paint.net is introduced
With this software you can change dds files or save to other formats.

Also while we're at it, in your second post you have uploaded a .RAR file, is that the paint.net software? If it is then please remove it, it is not permitted (and may be illegal too) to upload and distribute software that you are not the developer of without their permission. A link to the download on the official website for paint.net would suffice.

I've been using this for a while now, it is very good, but not as easy to use as they make out.

It excels in the area of updating flat textures to pbr, but it's best to use on a texture that is only a single texture, textures such as uv textures for models are harder to update because you can't just use one setting for the whole thing, you have to separate areas and adjust them individually, and to be honest it's just as easy, if not easier, to create a new uv texture for the model from scratch and make it pbr from the start.

It's also quite expensive for what it actually does, being £89.99 for the standard edition, and £139.99 for the pro version.

Personally, i bought it because i had the spare cash at the time, and to be fair i have got my monies worth out of it, i've mainly used it to convert my collection of textures to PBR to import into Substance, but if i was to buy it now with hindsight i would have thought twice.
