I am a noob here and I do like to know can I distribute any 3d models that are made by me but the texture of that model is not mine? I am waiting for the answer. I don't want any trouble so I am asking it.
Mod Edit: I have edited your signature. It has shown a long string of colour code rather than any kind of text.

I assume it would depend on the licence / terms and conditions of the textures themselves, which the artist that made the textures would of stated some where. Just like any other media.

If you state which textures you have and where you got them from, i am sure others here will know their licence conditions.

Cheers

The simple answer is No..
If you didn't make it, Model or Textures then do not post it ..
Unless of course your using textures from common free resources like here.

You should be able to use those textures on your models and in your games with out any issues. Commercial or private.
What you cant do is sell those textures by themselves.

Multi texture does work but has drawbacks especially now with PBR
The folder would contain your .X model and textures but In the fpe file you would just leave this line blank

textured =

Without writing the texture name on fpe how will it load?

It will load because you would export the texture names in the x file or fbx file.
When the x file or fbx file is loaded, it will read the textures from the model and load them.

Right now multi textured objects dont use shaders properly.
It would be best to combine the textures and map both objects to the same new texture.
This will allow you to take advantage of the shader and render a decent version of what you are showing.
