I have finally managed to create a character not using fuse, or simplygon or mixamo!
Ive been at this for weeks!
Here she is without any of the licence restrictions these programs have. Made purley with Make human, Blender and FBX2GG haha and now i have the method.......

Intel i5 4950 Quad core 3.3ghz AMD FX 6300 x6 cores 3.5ghz(unclocked)
8gb Ram 8gb Ram
AMD Radeon 7570 1gb AMD Radeon HD 6670 2gb
and a well fed mouse on a wheel

I only smile because i have absolutely no idea whats going on

OK quick rundown of it
Create your model in Make Human make sure you use the Cmu mb Rig , generic or 1605 mesh depending on how much you want to decimate, i used the generic for her as she has no added clothing. When your happy export it out as a .fbx (no point trying fbx2gg yet as it will fail)
Import the .fbx in to blender
disect each mesh and limited desolve each one 3 times, (Do not use symmetrizeit will warp your toon in fbx2gg)
once done export out of blender as a .fbx
load it up in fbx2gg as usual and your done
Note: you can adjust the textures on the fly in GG to make variations of each character
Now im gonna make aload of freebies just cos i can! rofl
@ warlock12 think that one rolled out at about 18k
will be posting her up in freebies shortly

@ belidos sorry m8 what i meant was each part is seperate e.g hair bla bla so disect = take each part in turn and disolve it.
@ wolf standard body skin in make human m8
just testing model number 2 ive found that the pigtails in make human are way too high poly to decimate down enough and cannot get into fbx2gg so leave that one out

Looks good, only thing with make human is the lack of clothing options, it's very limited

@ belidos yeah tis abit but you can download a shed load from the community section
what im going to do as well is seperate the rig from the model that way i can use it as a standard biped rig in blender if anyone wants it let me know i'll post it
@ Graphix worth having a look at this method m8 its not got any of the licencing that the others have and ive pretty much got it down to around 45 mins per model

heres number 2 she's not bad might need the textures tidying alittle thing thats taking the time here is the blooming scaling :/

Just one quick question. once you have done the part in the quote, and its Fbx, cant you just use the importer function with the new GG update to pull it into GG. ? will it work or not.?

Answered in the other post m8 you will need to get animations on it for it to actually do anything via mixamo or fbx2gg or something along those lines
