Trying to work out how this is 'off topic', anyhow yep that should be good for 60FPS I reckon.

he means his specs are below (underneath, to follow), not that they are below standard

60fps when? GG is an engine, not a game.... an empty map will of course run above 60fps but a full map could still drop below 60fps - it's really not a yes/no question.
