On my desktop computer I get a low FPS , normally in a new game with an empty environment I got about 100 - 130 FPS .
At the moment with the new public preview I am getting 35 - 40 FPS with a new game and empty environment.
I have the same problem with my laptop.

Desktop: Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000+ ,4 Gb, Nvidia Geforce GTX 550 TI , Windows 10 pro 64
Laptop: Lenovo AMD A10-5750M 2,5 Ghz 4X Core, 6 Gb, Radeon HD graphics 8650G + R5M23, Windows 10 Home 64

No sense an empty level on my laptop with or without shadows , 29 - 30 FPS
