Hi, MK83

I asked Lee, the same question during the beta testing a while ago, but for a AMD card with less features.

Quote: "
Q. I have all my settings on “Use Application Settings” for everything. "

"A. Yes, the application takes full control of these features unless the driver is instructed to override them.
Many of these settings are part of the HLSL shader code or set during device creation.
You are free of course to experiment with overriding one of these features to see how your 3D card handles the additional workload.
"

So start with letting GG take control of your 3D card settings. "Use the 3D application settings"
Then you can experiment after that.

Cheers

That does not help much. Is there anyone who could post what they use globally on the nvidia control panel. I do understand that there are other factors, such as cpu, kind of card, etc. Thanks in advance.

As suggested "3D application settings" gives GameGuru full control over rendering, for good or ill. The panel simply allows you to experiment and override attributes of the pipeline to see if it helps. I tend to choose the fastest method of rendering whenever possible, so for example, if you choose to use MSAA then expect a drop in performance as GameGuru natively does not use this.
