Greetings all,
I'm back after a year hiatus due to an arm injury and reflection on what I need to do in my projects, but unfortunately have a problem. My Game Guru is doing something quite odd with weapons. It's pushing them to the right. Some work , such as the futuretek shotgun, but not the standard GG weapons. Some weapons such as EAI's classic weapons show the weapon but not the hand. Some of the medieval weapons that come with GG like the axe show no hand but when it swings I see it mostly off screen to the right. The bow is mostly off screen but the arrow is in the correct spot. the funny thing is this happens when I try playing other creators finished games as well. it's probably something on my end but I have no idea what it could be. I checked steam for any file problems and it found some and fixed them but still has the same result. Is there anything I should know about updates that I need to go in and manually change? Any help would be cool Thanks in advance. I'll try to post pics of what I'm talking about.

Hi and welcome back

what screen resolution are you using ? I had a similar problem with a 27" retina screen I had to drop the resolution to 1080x1920 and things worked again

That is the resolution I am at. I'll try to drop it some and see if that helps. Thanks for the quick reply.

EDIT: That just gave me a runtime error and now GG won't start even after changing back. I'm going to do a restart of my comp to see if things help.

It seems my Nvidia experience program somehow got uninstalled, which was responsible for keeping my drivers up to date. I reinstalled it and everything is good now. Thanks for your help GraPhiX! It was definitely not a GG mess up.

The last couple of Nvidia experience and driver updates have caused all sorts of wackiness on windows, i noticed issues with the last update, it had updated experience but not my driver and that was causing blue screens randomly, the experience icon has also disappeared from my task bar.

I was going to suggest reinstalling the media as this sounded quite horrifying but I'm glad to see its sorted.

Also welcome back D13!! Glad to still have ya in the community.

Would you like me to lock the thread?
