The way they were set up is the mouth movements were between frames 1 - 20. They worked with a Phenom animation mechanism, which would read the supplied text file and then animate the mouth bones.
Worked ok, but GG is not set up with that at the moment and all mouthing animations would have to be rigged and animated. They were removed from the GG biped for stock characters.
They left the animation calls in the uber soldier FPE file.
