How can i change the zombies textures of the game-guru models, i want to imrove the quality.

i changed the dds Diffuse textures of the zombies but nothing happens, how this is possible?

You may need to reload the character for the texture to take effect.

the only problem i have is, the models are very low poly, too much, seams are visibles and original textures are stretched....

if i resize the textures to a bigger size it is going to work?
i mean if i rescale from 1024x1024 to 2048x2048.

as far as I know you can downscale but you cannot upscale

Scaling the textures up won't work, because they don't retain their detail. Maybe sharpening the new texture would help, but it wouldn't be as good as creating a 2048x2048 texture from scratch.

sorry what i mean is, the original textures are in 1024x1024 size, if i rescale it to 2048x2048 and redo all the texture work it is going to work on the 3d model or its going to be missplaced?

The texture won't be misplaced, it will work at 2048x2048, 4096x4096 etc

If you're already having performance issues... (previous thread) ... id recommend against trying to use a texture size over 1024x1024.
Skyrim uses 512x512 and 1024x1024. Just so you know.
