Your main issue is the graphics card, a gt520 is a very low end card, it benchmarks at around 368 which is very low. I'd recommend trying what GraPhix suggested, but i'm not sure if there's much more you can do short of replacing the card.
Nvidia card numbers aren't as straight forward as they seem there are actually two numbers involved,
in the case of the GT520 you have 5 which is the series of the card, this just tells you how new the card is, and unless there's a major jump in technology between series has very little effect on performance.
The second number is the 20, this tells you what classification the card is; 10/20/30/40 are very low end cards, more for work stations and very very low end games, the gaming cards start at 50, 50 being low end gaming, 60 being mid range gaming, 70 being high end gaming, and 80+ being very high end gaming.
For Nvidia gaming, recommended is at least an x50 minimum, and that will be low end.
Looking at the comparison charts, the GT520 is less powerful than an Intel 4000 integrated graphics card, which is the bare minimum needed for GameGuru.
