If I had a game level that jumped to another level when the player reaches the endpoint, how do I make them both the same game when I save them as standalone? Just wondering...

Its automatic, if you have a second level in a winzone it will automatically add the next level when you create a standalone from the first level.

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Laptop:
i3, Intel 4000 series graphics, 6GB memory, 1x 500gb HDD, Win8.1.

This is achieved thru the use of winzones, like Belidos has mentioned above.

Make your levels. Assign the winzone with the map name in the properties.
Go thru each level and run test game and set all setting you want in the Matrics panel (tab tab) while in test game.
Save each level when settings are correct.

Open your first intended level again and then save standalone build.

This will include every level that there is mention of in the winzones.
