Have you noticed that, after playing a video, the framerate drops?

For example, I have an almost-empty level with 100-200fps and after playing a short video in Storyzone, the entire level drops to 50fps or less.

Nope, doesn't happen for me.

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.
Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.
Laptop:
i3, Intel 4000 series graphics, 6GB memory, 1x 500gb HDD, Win8.1.

So, look at this short test video.

(Framerate was even lower from the start because of the screen recorder running, but look at the difference: From above 90 to less than 60, and in most cases the difference is even bigger.)

But after a while (I'm on a shitty connection at the moment) it finished and had no attachment.
