I think that current zombie entities are still close to unusable.

They're often totally idiot. Many of them can't even walk correctly in EMPTY spaces with no obstacles.

And if you run out of their VIEW CONE, they stop following you and when you come close again, they may start walking again but... without moving LEGS, just like on a skateboard and totally immobile.

Not to mention the fact that after following the player for some seconds, they sometimes suddenly stop moving and become like they have no script at all.

That's a big issue.
It really has to be improved (and I really mean it) in AI Behavior updates.

Zombie AI has been so painful for me from day 1... I don't even know where to start.

Here's a video showing the main issues I am having with AI at the moment, it's more obvious with melee range characters like the zombies, as you can see the pathing is just not right, at some points it goes off on a tangent and tried to enter a side room to path to me when i'm around a corner, other times it just gets stuck and loops sound and animation on the spot, it also sometimes just stops for no apparent reason until I take a few steps forward, and finally at the end it completely freeze up and stop working.

In fact, I sent him two videos with similar issues, about the walls and strangeness with zombies, and even the player getting hit through the wall. He said he's fixing this.
