3rd Party Models/Media Chat / How to create a texture with few frames?

Hi guys, I try to understand how the texture in frame works? like the sprite.

All I try to do is a police car with a siren on in loop, so I edited the model map in one I bright blue side and in the second the red, and I tried to use the sprite effect but of curse its not setting in the right place

You could try these to get an idea but you will need to separate the lights mesh from the car to get the effect your looking for or include the car texture in the diffuse as static per frame
If that's a stock or free model I will fix it for you since you seem to have done a fair bit already and almost there. Just pm me the textures. The original and the one you have created so far.

First though, check you rows and columns in the shader, if your using four frames then they should be set to 2x2.
