I have attached a pic of the error.
The coffee is lovely dark and deep,and I have code to write before I sleep.

Is this playing multiplayer by yourself? Having people join? Start of actual game?

I am getting the same. It occurs by myself and with others joining. It occurs right after spawn timer and you spawn in.

Jut for trouble shooting purposes, you are running Steam while trying to use multiplayer right?

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:
i5 4760k, NV960 2GB, 16GB 2333mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Laptop:
i3, Intel 4000 series graphics, 6GB memory, 1x 500gb HDD, Win8.1.

Any new info on this error? I can not get multiplayer to work no matter what I try.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Tried multi player on a very basic map with just 4 start markers.
I received the same error as you.

I will have to look into this more.

Hi - if you go into scriptbank folder and find gameplayercontrol.lua then go to line 522 (this one):



and change GetGamePlayerStateSteamworksRespawnLeft() to GetGamePlayerStateSteamWorksRespawnLeft() (capitalize the 'w' in Steamworks) then save and try multiplayer - does it work for you then?

It does for me - just tried it on my own - I think it is a typo on the recent lua conversion of the game control.

Yes, I fixed this in the next update but I think I will push the fix out right now as it's pretty critical that users are able to enjoy multiplayer (such as it is)
