Quote: "Preview is Adobe's word for beta - it basically just means we're testing it out! Not a lot of the features are 'beta' it's very similar to Fuse 1.3 but it does have some new things like the soft-mod tool which lets you push and pull the meshes around manually as well as a whole new set of content.

As far as the pricing goes, we don't yet know what the long term availability of Fuse CC will be, but we're working on the details and will make an announcement when we have more information there. You can use Fuse 1.3 and Fuse CC alongside eachother, so if there's content in Fuse 1.3 you still want to access you can keep using that one."

That's kind of old news, been general knowledge since it first came out about a year or so ago.

Fuse 1.3 is still available on Steam and is completely free, it's a standalone software with no links to the adobe preview or Fuse 2.0, so shouldn't stop working when Fuse 2.0 gets a final cloud release, but just In case they sneak an update onto Steam get it on steam now, then copy out the Fuse folder and keep that handy in case they try updating it, you can run it direct from the .exe without Steam.

To be honest they're pretty much full of BS at Adobe, I've tried Fuse 2.0 and so far I've yet to find anything different (apart from some of the GUI) to 1.3, other than it not having some of the better Fuse 1.3 clothes, and instead having a few pretty rubbish alternatives.

I actually found 1.3 was better to use, the preview version seemed to be very glitchy.

If you really want to, you can install 2.0, copy out it's models and textures for clothes and body parts, and drop the ones you don't already have into 1.3, then ditch 2.0
