Hey guys,

I was very happy about the new footstep sounds (grass) with the april update.
Have they been changed again in the may update? They have a grass rustling sound now and I liked the old one better.

Did it change or do my ears trick me ^^
Modder, Soundtrack Composer and now Game Developer. Well, sort of.

I am not sure but is it possible that there are now several footstep soundsets for grass since we now have so much more textures (including different types of grass) on the terrain plate?
In case you find my grammar and spelling weird ---> native German speaker ^^

The April and May updates both contain the latest footfall sounds. If you want the old ones, you can use Steam to revert to an earlier version and grab the WAV files from there (Steam\steamapps\common\Game Guru\Files\audiobank\materials) which can then be superimposed on the latest version when you revert to the latest version. Hope this helps.

thats very nice, thanks, but I like the new ones very much. A lot better than the old ones. I only was confused because I thought the new update changed the sounds that came with the previous updates.
