It's a shame it's not Creative Commons (cc) copyrights. So as long as you give credit to original artist and where you bought or found the animation, etc. it's okay to sell
A lot of people sell items that are based on others work / models - just look at star wars. Many have a notice to seek extended user rights with links to the original artist... I think most of these fall under educational rights which is crap if you want to sell your game. Okay to post on a forum but that's about it lol
