Hi guys, I have just started to use the EBE in game guru for the first time and loving it. I notice I had a few issues trying to use it for the very first time and me forgetting about the Building Editor Guide in the document area. The Building Editor Guide is great and a big thanks to the author.

Anyway after reading countless forum threads it seems a shame there is not a category on this forum to support the EBE. In my opinion from someone who has only just started using the EBE, it would make sense to have an easy to find location on this forum covering this topic. This would make it very easy to share ideas, help others, share models, promote new models on the store which now has a few items for sale... we need more!
Also but not forgetting; any third party app which will improve and speed up design.

I'm sure there are a number of new categories that needs to be added to this forum too. But for now just using Product Chat for most threads seems a little disorganised. Plus searching the forum is getting even harder to find threads on help topics, as the search option only really works on one keyword searches.

Let me know what you think guys...

There is just one app: Ebe Editor:

Not sure if a subforum will help to make EBE popular, but why not?

For me EBE is huge and the one reason I came back to GG.

And it reminds me of the best feature from FPSC: You can endlessly tinker it to your needs.

I think EBE will getting more and more important to GG over time, therefore I support a seperate board for the forum to both popularize and streamline community input.

It's nice to hear others are commenting and supporting this project and this subject, if only we could get a few more. If I remember the wait for this to go public was... how can I put this... a while. We all had big hopes and very long discussion about if we all as a group even wanted the tool and will other area of GG suffer, etc, etc, etc. But once it was realest we all love it. So why does it not have more focus as a great tool on the forum. I have even started making assets to work with the EBE which will just slot in place within the EBE models, including supporting lua scripts in my spare time.

Come on guys, please support adding more categories to the forum on important project's like the EBE.

If we can get a little more support for this, I would be happy to create a new category/board here. In anticipation, what shall we call it? Perhaps "Easy Building Editor" (for new users who don't know what EBE means).

SYKE!

Of course we should have a seperate section for it, although i'd prefer it as a sub-section of something else if possible.

For now, I think it would be best left as part of 3D media. If boards become too swamped with different areas, a lot of beginners find them hard to navigate.

Honestly can't see the point of an EBE specific board though I can be wrong occasionally

Cheers.

In my opinion it is certainly a plus to have a sub board for EBE, this magnificent tool deserves it.
Many, especially new users will seek answers, tips and tricks in order to extract the possibilities it provides, or they might want to see what other users create for inspiration.
