Hi all,
Came back to gameguru after a good six months away, was just testing some fresh scripting i've been messing on with and I'm lucky to get above 20+ frames, usually averaging in the 10-15 range. This is on a COMPLETELY bare map with just a barrel in the map.

My rig is as follows:
GTX1080 factory oc'd
i7 4770k @ 4.5ghz
16gb 1866mhz ram

I've tried reinstalling, cleaning up registry keys and all sorts, but I still get really terrible performance. Weird thing is, before I went away for 6 months, I could easily get 60+ frames constantly, regardless of settings. And since then, I have upgraded my GPU so I don't understand how this is happening.

If anyone has any advice, please let me know, I'm all ears.

Cheers!

Check your Tab Tab Nath, might be something in there, if not check your not on the Beta, try the Public preview otherwise its the verify thing :/ bloom in particular seems to be causing issues.
Intel i5 4950 Quad core 3.3ghz AMD FX 6300 x6 cores 3.5ghz(unclocked)
8gb Ram 8gb Ram
AMD Radeon 7570 1gb AMD Radeon HD 6670 2gb
and a well fed mouse on a wheel

I only smile because i have absolutely no idea whats going on

World Class Multimedia had similar issues last week. One or more of the programs in his startup folder seemed to be hosing up GG. He was unable to isolate it to just one thing. Anyway, there are a ton of suggestions in that thread. Perhaps something there might be of help. I have no issues on either of my computers. Good luck!

Hi Nathan,

In my case it was my antivirus that slowed GameGuru tremendously, so it might be your antivirus or some other software that controls/monitors your programs.
