I don't know if others experience the same but i have updated and started GameGuru and it is unworkably slow.
Just moving the paint circle on a new map takes a long time.
Does anyone else experience the same?

Can you provide your CPU and GPU make and model, and perhaps a small video showing your experience with the current Public release and the new Public Preview build so I can see a side by side of your discovery, thanks!

Hi Lee, the GPU is a GTX960 and the CPU an AMD FX6200.

Just tested ,it's running fine here.make sure you verify your files,there were 7 files for me that failed to verify and had to be obtained.

Hi Dave, i've verified the files through steam and 3 files were not validated, but it did not solve the problem.
I've tried several other programs to see if my pc itself is the cause but these run fine.

Not seeing this at all in fact mine seems faster ...Have you rebooted since the update .... Worth a try
The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

Problem solved

For years i've been quite content with Avast 4.8 but since Januari they force an update of the program itself.
This program is full of problems and it had GameGuru in the gamelist for performance optimalisation so i switched that off and now it works properly

I also use Avast so I will keep that in mind

It has now become a free version with the program update, after so many years i'm going to use Bitdefender
Maybe it is due to being a free version now that i experience problems.

I use Avast. I had a feeling that it started all of these slow downs. Bye Bye Avast! Thanks for the heads up!
