DV states the number of entities in the map. How he know? Is there a program that allows us to get a entity count for our maps?

The only way I know of is to click, "one", click, "two", click, "three", and so forth. Must have been time consuming, to say the least!

No, it's real easy.

The hard way. Find the last entity placed.

The easy way. Place an object on the map. Look at the Entity number. Deduct one.

You then know how many objects were on the map before you placed the new one

Don't save the map

BTW. I have solved the camera issue in the latest preview edition and so am back on track.

LOL, duh, why I didn't think of that I have know idea, I look at entity numbers all the time. Thanks for pointing out what should have been obvious! Nice to see things are moving on!

There's also a text file in the standalone that lists all of the entities copied over.

Primary Desktop:
i7 7700,k NV1070 8GB, 16GB 3200mhz memory, 1x 2TB Hybrid, Win10.

Secondary Desktop:

Well, yes there is , but it is no longer out in the wild.
It is plainly not rewarding, too cumbersome and too dependant on Lee to follow his machinations on entity structures.
