It's a slow Sunday so made a new video taking advantage of some of the resent additions to GG. Added a new path image in location 1 (muddy footprints) and made a couple of revisions to an older non Preben WATER_BASIC.fx file. Trying to get movement in the river water.

Yeah, nice work m2design.

Great terrain, great models, and so good to see water with some movement!

Thanks.
I thought about including a copy of the changes I made to the original water_basic.fx file but...
I'm not confident it is error free.

Perhaps Preben might consider including some code in his version of the settings.fx file that would allow for several different water textures.

That would be amazing ... We could really do with some cool water effects

@Preben
That would be great.
If I were wishing for the impossible...
I was able to get the water texture to appear to go from shore to shore but my solution is not perfect.

Thanks for considering the task

Edit note: I stated I modified an older Preben water_basic.fx file - not true, I should of said an older GG water_basic.fx file.

A video going down river

Wow, yeah that water is way more realistic than the current shader - excellent stuff man!
