Would it be possible to transfer my copy of GG to my grandson?
There's a bunch of reasons but ultimately he'll probably get more out of it than I do

Alas, Steam keys are once-use only. Afraid you're stuck with GameGuru for the rest of Steam's life cycle If Granada has extra keys, that would be a great solution and a possible new addition to the next generation of game makers

PC SPECS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit, Intel Core i7-5930K (PASSMARK:13645), NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980 GPU (PASSMARK:9762) , 32GB RAM

another possible option is steam's family sharing, allows you to share your library with up to 5 other people (as long as you're not online in steam at the same time).

I don't think GG allows family sharing .... Its an asset copyright thing. Only the actual owner has access
You will find Leadwerks etc on steam are the same

Thank you for the offer Dave

I just thought I'd ask
My graphics card sucks with GG, its fine with games like MotoGP 2015, the Lego games and other 3D engines, but by time I've dumbed GG down enough to get a decent fps its looking rather bland and all the work to get normal maps etc is a waste of time.. I've been buying a new GPU for 3 years and for whatever reason it just aint happening lol ... Renault Scenic handbrake this time

My grandson seems to enjoy GG more than I do and he does quite well..

I get a lot more fun out of playing with the Dark.GDK. NET files, and I get frame rates 3 times better!

I've heard references on these forums to grandchildren and even great-grandchildren! Is game making becoming the new gardening?

Oh I actually forgot about the extra steam keys. Wonder if I still have them, as a Gold Pledger?

Sure! If you still need a steam key, I think I still have 3 unused ones. Send me a pm

If I do get extra pennies, I will be spending them on some nice AAA graphics and sound art. Of course, many more pennies could buy me another coder, but we shall have to improve GameGuru before we get to that stage [and there is still plenty to improve]

Hmm ... This probably wont be popular but I'm wondering just how long the Free MP app for non GameGuru users would actually take to create. Is it a quick job ? Could Lee do it in a day or 2 ?
The reason I ask is that now we have the EBE and such a good selection of stock assets then although there are a few Good free SP demos around there are not many ... But MP games are really about level design which GG is really good at ... The ability to create some good MP maps that can be shared as standalone could entice new users to GG ... I have to be honest it would make me more inclined to create some ..

Just me thinking allowed ?

I never did the garden anyway, its the wife's domain... I just get involved when she say's "no! its ok I'll do it!" thus enhancing the guilty feeling as she pretends to struggle

I think you need to learn computers to keep up with them!

Hosting GG multiplayer on our own P.C's would be a seriously cool asset
Intel i5 4950 Quad core 3.3ghz AMD FX 6300 x6 cores 3.5ghz(unclocked)
8gb Ram 8gb Ram
AMD Radeon 7570 1gb AMD Radeon HD 6670 2gb
and a well fed mouse on a wheel

I only smile because i have absolutely no idea whats going on

Although possible I think that would be a lot of work ...
However the steam app as a starter if its a quick job could draw in some fans ....
