Did you try and verify the game cache files?

Also I see our Lead Developer made mention in your thread on the steam forum.
Did you try that also?

May I get your system specs and operating system also.

Let me know, thanks.

Thank you.

Is this the first time you are trying to run Game Guru, Or has this successfully run from a previous version?

Firstly did you try the verify integrity of application files?

This will check to be sure that all files downloaded to your machine accurately.
Right mouse click on the Game Guru icon in steam and choose properties.
Another window will come up. Press the Local files tab.
4th option down is the verify integrity of application files button.
Press that and let it go thru that.
If some files are missing or corrupt, then this usually will take care of the issue.

Are you running all 3 of the .exe programs in administrative mode?

This helps also on some systems.

The only other thing I can see is if you have anti virus software. Maybe blocking some of the processes from doing there thing. Maybe check to see if that program is stopping anything. If so then add exceptions for game guru processes and the temp folder which is located here:
C:\Users\YOUR PROFILE\AppData\Local\Temp

Hope this can get you going.

At this point I am going to ask you to press the Green help button to the right of the screen.

Give them as much detail as you can and reference these threads in bug reports. Give them a contact email also.

This is the help support. They have better tools then I to help you get Game Guru started. Sorry I could not help more.

Thanks.
