Can we force the player to look at the entity just before a freezeplayer command is initiated. This is as opposed to entity looking at player. You want the human player to focus on an item rather than staring off into space while a description is displayed in a prompt message. It doesn't look like there is an actual command for this as there was in FPSC. It would be easy to implement I would think. Is there -- at least -- a way to set the camera downward a little bit if it can be determined that the player is looking over the entity in question?

Smallg has written a few functions that may help with this. But there is not a direct command like in FPSC.

Hi Pirate Myke, thanks. I've been meaning to tell you how great that train set looks. Also, this probably should have been placed in the Scripts forums. Sorry.

Thank you. They are getting there.

Not a problem, I can transfer the thread over there.

Thread moved at OP's request.

Sure, I did it in my WIP new Beginnings. You can simply set a freeze position and angle, then freeze the player until the cutscene is over. You can do this for cutscenes or anything really.

SPECS: Q6600 CPU. Nvidia 660GTX. 8 Gig Memory. Win 7.
