OS: Windows 8.1
CPU: Intel Core i7 4710HQ @ 2.5GHz
RAM: 16GB
GFX Card: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 860M 4096GB GDDR5

The issue is whenever monsters are "spawned in" via trigger zone, they either 1) Don't appear on the map or 2) Appear floating about a foot off the ground and gets stuck in the environment. This does not occur when the monsters spawn at start but it breaks immersion when you have all the monsters running through the EBE Dungeon and attack you at the start. Do you know what can be causing this? The issue occurs with all characters I have used. Also it has nothing to do with where I place the characters are start. I am unable to progress in building this map if this issue persists.

I cannot seem to reproduce this one a fresh map but that is because I cannot reproduce the "dungeon" I built in EBE perfectly. Importing an entity version renders the EBE structure unusable since I cannot walk "through it" anymore.
