I wanted to share this info, since I think there a few Notepad++ users here. It seems there is a hacked scilexer.dll out there. I assume any scintilla based editor is vulnerable. The CIA probably isn't trying to steal your game, but this almost certainly has a negative effect on performance as well as your privacy. The latest release of Notepad++ will try to validate the .dll each time it starts. I suggest you get Notepad++ directly from https://notepad-plus-plus.org
