It says it exports an FBX file. So maybe this is possible to take that FBX file and import it to the editor in Game Guru.
FBX is still new and only works with static objects. Some flavors of FBX still give issues in the importer.

Set collision mode to polygon and give it a shot.

If it is a free trial for 30 days, I would say try it and see what happens.

I can't see why not. You may have to convert from .fbx to .x as well before importing to GG though. GG's fbx import is still sketchy Blender would do that. Not sure how the textures would work here though, Sketchup is great for warping single images to fit a 3d face, but other programs, games in particular just don't work like that.

Also, bear in mind any work done in Sketchup is not useable for a commercial game unless you own the full version rather than the free one used for Google maps. From what I have seen anyway. Certainly worth checking out before putting too much work into the Sketchup side of things.

There's a X exporter that works just fine with Sketchup

The plugin works with SU2017

Hi There

I couldn't get the X exporter to work with SketchUp Pro 2017. I couldn't even get to the plugins. So I won't be using SketchUp to do any models.

I have been using Sketch Up 6 and an .x exporter

Try these . Don't forget to scan for any virus before you install . Better safe than sorry .... I just did a Bing search for Sketch up 6 and this is what I found .

The plugin folder is
C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2017\SketchUp\Plugins
It works with 2017 fine here..
There's another plugin made for 3D Rad... which I think is the same one Lance posted

I've decided not to use Sketchup as the x Exporter rb only worked once for me and won't work again. When I used the x Exporter rb again it will save as a file not a X file. I will be going back to Blender

the only reason it didn't save a x file is you probably didn't add the x extension, it doesn't do it automatically..
Also by default it wont save to the entity folder in GG you need to set the permissions
I notice it had issues with long texture names, some of the new Sketchup textures don't save BUT it also fails with other export formats
If its warehouse models failing, well, they can be a bit rubbish, you need to do stuff like check the faces are pointing the right way

It works perfectly fine here, as long as the texture names are short, you add the extension ~~(you can add it later anyway) and save it were you have rights its fine,
