I have a model that i need reflection on the metal part not on the wooden part how can i mask cubemask so it effects only the metal?

Mask out what you dont want to be shinny. use the entity_cubeambience.fx shader.

with what i can mask it out what texture acts as a mask?

Preben said that we are always using the _D texture for cub map reflection -
see this thread
it also includes the kettle with an example of what you are trying to acheive.
