Hello, I create my characters in Make Human and then import them to Blender where I animate them. Then I open the .x file with Fragmotion and DirectX viewer too and the animation looks fine there. If I don't import my animated model in Fragmotion and just export it from there, my character is a complete mess when I import it in Game Guru, the normals are screwed, same as the pose and the animation and also the orientation of the model is not correct. If I import and export it from Fragmotion the mesh is fine but the animation is a little off, for example in the walk animation the legs are spread where they should be closer to each other and as I mentioned before in Fragmotion and DirectX Viewer they look correct. Does anymody have a clue what may be wrong, does anybody have managed to export animated characters from Blender and Make Human flawlessly to help me with that? When I export trees with animation and bones from Blender they get transfered greatly in Game Guru. Maybe there is some problem with the Make Human skeletons??? You guys, what programs do you usually use to create custom animated characters?? Thanks in advance!

Blenders x file exporter does not export animation.

You will need to export it in FBX format, and then import to fragmotion and then export to x file with bones, skinned animated option and the frame rate you made the animations and the total frames of the animation.

Blenders X format does export animation, when you export if you loom at the toolbar on the left you have a list of export properties, there are about 5 settings that reference frames, frame rates, weights, bones etc.

There's loads of topics on google about MH and Blender not playing nice to Unreal so maybe take a look at their solutions?
