The brick fence is a multi textured object.
In the FPE file remark out the texture line.

Try that one again.
EBE black textures seem to be fixed in the Private beta. I will retest a set now.
EDIT:
Made an EBE structure and placed some stuff inside. Set Static lights of different colors in it and ran test game. Performed a F3 light map on it.

This appears to be fixed in the Private Beta. Not sure when the live update will be out. Lee is working on the AI_Bot stuff some more.
