Very minor thing I noticed whereas if you die, you can still pick up items by pressing E if they are close enough when you die, in the few seconds before you are respawned.
As a minor fix in LUA, a new check might need to be added to see if the player's health is above 0 before showing prompt to pick up or allowing pick up.
