So I'm now playing with this guy, hoping to put together a boxing match but when I put him in the ring with his twin brother this happens (see jpeg image).

Can anyone explain why and how I can fix it?
Been there, done that, got all the T-Shirts!

not sure have you set the ring to forcesimpleobstacle = 3
not sure if it is right though. they are fine on terrain ,
looks great

This also happens with Brutus, yesterday i placed him in the house i've made with EBE.
Due to this he is quite jumpy.

I am guessing this test is with the private beta?

Is this the ring from Megapack3?
By default that fpe file does not have the forcesimpleobstacle = 3 statement in it. Check that first.

You may need to wait till todays beta update to place a floor zone and try this again.

You may also need to play with or add this statement to your character FPE file.
offy = 0

Offsets the pivot point in the Y direction. Can be positive or negative. Pos up, Neg down.

mabie scale height of character.
but one on floor one not i see,
you using separate script for
each one ? might be worth trying,

He may have better insight on how to solve this for you.

You might have to wait a while for a answer,the man was still working at 5am .what a soldier that man is .

Same models, same script, using Lee's .fpe file, added a floor zone, even made the ring active and immobile like Lee suggested in one of his update posts.

I had the same problem with the zombie dance troupe when I turned off physics on them (trying to move them smoothly in between dance sequences, didn't work).

I'll play around a bit more before bothering Lee, I was up at 7 this morning Beta testing his latest release so he's probably all emailed out today.
