i am currently working on a game called zombie ward and i have been told to make the zombies look scarier ( more threatening )

Haven't watched your video but you could wait for the next release in a few weeks (hopefully).

As the AI is being improved - should be much faster and there will be camera overrides to allow viewing of zombie chomping on player

Looks like there have been some visual improvements in the way characters are rendered too.

Check out Lee's progress video in product chat board for the speedy zombie chasing. Will likely just get better for final release.
