Is there a way to do an underground level like maybe a cave entrance? If so...how?

You cannot dig under terrain .... but you can use a cave kit ( there are some good ones ) or Create a plateau and carve your way through it placing and scaling rocks on top .....

A good example of this is in the "Death Valley Canyon" map you can Load up in your GG Map Library

The only person ever to get all his work done by "Friday" was Robinson Crusoe..

If you are referring to digging a cave inside a mountain, without the help of external models, no, it is still not possible, but it is on the list of future features.

Do not bother if you can model for example a rock ceiling that matches the mountain you are using, you can create the entrance and put the rock ceiling, but little else.
